[edit] Variables and URL Template

Variables and their variations should be implemented in a tool that uses the buttons. Each variable page should contain description of the value type and encoding. By default all variables are URL-encoded unless otherwise specified.

All variables should be enclosed in curly braces and prepended with a $ sign (e.g. {$url}).
